Muffins are made with the basics: flour, sugar, egg, milk, butter or oil, baking powder, and salt. Mixes are readily available in the supermarket as well as those that cater to allergies and dietary restrictions. You can add ANYTHING you want to the basic recipe to satisfy your craving and personal preferences. They’re also a great way to sneak some fruits and veggies into your diet.
